Delivery of Products

An appropriate person must be present to accept the delivery of your order. If there is no appropriate person at the Delivery Address to receive the order then we will not deliver the Products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional Delivery Fee for that replacement delivery. If we are concerned re the credit card used we will hold the order to be able to check all information and will not clear until advised by Credit Card Company.
Cancelling an order
We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if the Products in that order are not available, there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the Product in that order or your order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.

All stock levels shown on the lulens.com website are approximate only and lulens.com does not guarantee that all models of sunglasses will be available at the time of ordering. lulens.com is not responsible for any loss incurred from stock not being available.
Risk of Loss
Risk and title to Product passes to you on the date and time of delivery to the delivery address.
Warranty and Repairs
We guarantee the quality of frames, lenses, and coatings. If you encounter manufacturing defects within 365 days of delivery, simply contact our sales center to receive a free return label for replacement, exchange, or refund. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or damage resulting from sudden force or impact.
Viruses
Lulens.com cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used.
